Eligibility

  • Timeframe: Items must be returned within 7 days of the purchase date.
  • Condition: Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags attached.
  • Proof of Purchase: A copy of the original receipt or order confirmation is required.

Returns

  • Refund: We are providing a Refund within 5 working days, For eligible returns, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping: We offer free returns with pickup from your address.
  • Exceptions: Certain items, such as personalized or custom-made products, may not be eligible for return.
  • Exchange – We do not have any exchange policy

Defective Items

  • Replacement: If you receive a defective item, we will replace it at no additional cost.
  • Shipping: We will pick up the defective item from your address at no cost.

Please Note: For all claims related to receiving missing items or wrong product, we advise you to share a video evidence of unboxing and raise the issue within the 24 working hours from the date of delivery. We may not be able to entertain claims of missing product being received without a video proof of unboxing.

We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we receive the shipment at our warehouse and it passes our quality check.

Returns are done free of cost if wrong products (incorrect style), wrong sizes (size other than that ordered) or damaged products are received by the customer. After receiving the returned product, we will do a quality check of the product at our end. If the picked-up product does not pass the quality check, we will ship it back to you.

Process

  1. Contact Us: Please contact our customer service team at contact@isliba.com or 7800876430 to initiate a return.
  2. Schedule Pickup: We will schedule a convenient time for pickup of your item. Please note that pickup may take 2-5 business days, and in some cases, it may be delayed.
  3. Pickup: Our courier partner will pick up the product from your doorstep. You will receive an SMS on the day of pick up.
  4. FAILURE OF PRODUCT PICK-UP: We make three attempts to pick up the item, if the item is not picked up in the third attempt, Pickup request will be marked as failed
  5. Return: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and process your return.

Additional Notes

  • Sale Items: Sale items are typically final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Damages During Shipping: If your item arrives damaged, please notify us immediately.
